THE GIRL GENIUS GURPS CAMPAIGN IS LIVE!
Steve Jackson Games has launched their long-awaited Girl Genius GURPS roleplaying game! I’m not sure I can overstate my excitement about this one. It’s a project we’ve been trying to get done for over 18 years. (Yikes!) It's already funded and at the printer. You can get your own lovely hardcover volume of the book by backing their Kickstarter campagin! This book has a brand-new and very silly 8-page comic that was added because of stretch goals. It also has a lot of nifty information about the world of Girl Genius, some of which you'll never have read before!

WE’RE SHIPPING our SPARKS AND MONSTERS KICKSTARTER STUFF!
We are now shipping rewards. I’m afraid you’ll still have to be a bit patient with us, because we have a lot to get through, but we’re clipping along. Phil isn’t able to help, more on that below, but the kids and I are working hard.

THOUGHTS FOR FUTURE CAMPAIGNS:
While I’m packing and shipping this campaign’s rewards, I’ve been giving a lot of thought to future campaigns, and how I want to run them so that I can handle things more quickly and smoothly. The obvious first item is to make sure all our rewards, including potential stretch goal items, are designed, proofed and ready to go before the campaign even goes live.  I’m also thinking that, going forward, our book campaigns will only include flat book things. This makes packing and shipping go much faster and has the advantage of letting me give everyone book rate shipping. If that plan speeds things up as much as I hope it will, I’ll be able to do a separate smaller campaign after the books ship that will feature all the fun pins and medals and pointy things that don’t ship nicely with books.

And that's all the news I've got tonight! Thank you, all--

A warm welcome to our newest craft licensee: Myth and Stitch Embroidery! Yes, we do a lot of our own patches, but the ones you'll see from Myth and Stitch are different, and really lovely. You may even like them better than ours! They also have embroidery designs, which we think are pretty cool. Please check them out!

(A long time ago, we had a simple, limited license contract put together to allow small-run artists and crafters (like the kind you see at cons) to make Girl Genius fan merchandise. You can see a page of really neat listings here! I'll get Myth and Stitch on there soon.)

Don't forget that the Girl Genius Wiki is at https://girlgenius.fandom.com/ and someone pointed out that it was high time we added it to the main page. It's completely fan run, we had to find it by accident back in the day! It's amazing, and we sometimes use it to look things up when we're in a hurry.
