August 27, 2026 So! Last week, for various reasons, I dropped all other Kickstarter business and got EVERYTHING for Canada packed up. So, Canadians, we love you, and your Kickstarter rewards are on the way. I stayed up all night and finished with literally one minute to spare: I had set an alarm for the drop-dead last minute time that I had to get out the door to catch a plane. I put the last label on the last package, looked at my phone, and realized that my alarm was going to ring in exactly one minute. It was kind of wild. My Mom took everything to the post office the next day. It's all in the post, and I got to the airport in time. Phil and I are currently at the World Science Fiction convention, so fulfillment on the Kickstarter is paused while we're traveling. This means that if there are any problems, I won't be able to sort them out until we get back to the office on September 8, so please be patient with me! I'm typing all this on a dinky little laptop keyboard that I'm not used to, and it's infuriating. Afer Worldcon, we will be at the Star City Games Magic the Gathering event in Dallas. It's going to be an exciting couple ofweeks!
