Pumpkin Carving Templates:

The Castle Heterodyne Helmet

Inspired by the creepy Castle Heterodyne interface in the crypts, Cheyenne has made us this pumpkin carving template! The idea, he says, is to get two pumpkins, one slightly larger than the other. Cut the larger pumpkin in half to make a helmet that sits on the smaller one. Now you have a "head" pumpkin and a "helmet" pumpkin. Use this template on the helmet:

Next, put your " helmet" pumpkin on your "head" pumpkin and mark on the face of the "head" pumpkin where this scary mouth should go:
Finish carving and decorate to your hearts content. (I'm thinking tubes and weird hardware...) Take pictures. Email some to us. Eat your Halloween candy. Have fun!
