Where We'll Be, and What We'll Be Doing

July 01, 2008
Girl Genius Volume Seven is now in stock.
We also have the new Jägermonster insignia pins.

July 23 - 27, 2008
San Diego Comicon: San Diego, CA
Comics

We'll be at booth number 1331 in the main hall.

For extra credit: if you visit the Studio Foglio booth in your Steampunk finery, we will have a lovely shiny hall costume award ribbon for you. Please come to visit us and show us your clothes!

Phil and Kaja will attend, and both will be masters of ceremonies at the masquerade.
In addition, Studio Foglio will be awarding a prize at the masquerade for best costume based on a webcomic. The prize is US$250 and a pile of books, and we obviously will be finding someone impartial to judge it, since Phil & Kaja are not at all qualified. This prize is for costumes based on any and all webcomics. (Please, please, somebody make huge paper maché Gabe and Tycho heads and dance around to silly music, hee hee...)
We'll do a prize for best Girl Genius costumes in 2009, hokay?

August 6 - 10, 2008
Denvention 3, the 66th World Science Fiction Convention: Denver, CO
Science Fiction

Phil and Kaja will be at the Studio Foglio booth in the dealers room.

In addition, Phil has been nominated for the Professional Artist Hugo Award, which is awarded at Worldcon by the Worldcon members. We are thrilled by the nomination!

August 14 - 17, 2008

We are sorry, but we won't be at GenCon Indy this year, after all.
We'll try again next year.

August 30 - September 01, 2008
Kumoricon: Portland, OR
Anime

Phil and Kaja will be at the Studio Foglio booth in the dealers room.
