A Message from Professoressa Foglio

We ran out of almost all of our pins at once, so it's been a struggle to get more made, but we now have Heart-shaped gears and Jägermonster insignia back in stock.
Wulfenbach wings and winged trilobites are in production, as is Cheyenne's brand-new Tesla Ranger badge!
Trilobites are up next, as are a few new designs. Watch this space!

There's a new book out: Steampunk Style Jewelry by Jean Campbell is not only a nifty how-to book, but also covers a lot of the wonderful creative work people have lately been perpetrating in the name of Steampunk! (Oh, and it mentions Girl Genius. In a nice way and everything. We're thrilled!)

Comic Book Resources' Robot 6 has an interview with Phil!

OTHER CURRENT NEWS: (Carried over from previous posts, lest it be missed...)

Volume One of Girl Genius Color Edition Now in the works!
Cheyenne is working hard, and the color version of Volume One can be expected to ship for April 2010. Sooner, if the capital presents itself, since really all we need is the down-payment on the job for the printer. And because we need that down-payment, we're offering the bookplate pre-order deal again! (Yeek!) You can read all the details on our new "preorders" page.

Reprints of Girl Genius Volume Three will be released at the same time as the color edition of Volume One.
Bookplates are also available with Volume Three pre-orders.

We have another small supply of goggles in, both elegant and diabolical!

Phil's MythAdventures adaptation is now being released in Webcomic form: Tues/Thurs/Fri
Phil's first professional work in comics. Read along as we post the entire eight-issue miniseries from the early 1980's!

June of 2010: Volumes Two and Nine.

We are finally updating our social networking sites...
So you can now find "Girl Genius Webcomic" and "Kaja & Phil Foglio" on Facebook; "girlgenius" and "Othar" on Twitter; "girlgeniuscomic" "studiofoglio" and "kajafoglio" on LiveJournal; and "girlgeniuscomic" at deviantART. Whew.

Two MythAdventures Novel Collections--Signed by Phil--Now Listed in the Online Store
We have a couple of new items listed in our online company store: the two HUGE collections of Robert Asprin's MythAdventures novels. These two volumes contain twelve full novels between them, from Another Fine Myth to Something M.Y.T.H. Inc., and are signed by Phil. You can buy them separately, or together at a special price, or even as part of the fabulous MythSplosion package, which includes both books as well as the Myth board game and Phil's Myth graphic novel adaptation.

The Top Web Comics Vote Button
A surprising number of readers have noticed that I removed the TWC vote button from the bottom of the site menu. Thank you for caring, and for voting for us! We really do appreciate it.
The thing is: I let the vote incentives slide a shockingly long time ago, and the whole thing was looking pretty abandoned. I decided that it would be best to just cut it off until I can deal with it properly again. I will post the button later when I have a good pile of vote incentives lined up, and then I'll make a big announcement about it and we'll see if we can't get back up there into the top ten. The fact that so many of you have been voting for us even when we didn't have the incentives up means a lot to us. We were still high on the list, even without incentives or any promotion of the voting beyond the lost little button on the navigation menu. That's pretty amazing!

My personal LiveJournal, which I sometimes even update, can be found here.
