Comic

So! It's nearly two in the morning, my time, and I'm just getting the page up. Today was the twenty-first birthday of Victor, aka Experiment #1, and I was quite busy. Among other activities, I was putting frosting on cake and frying dumplings until a good deal later than I expected. It's curious to think about how many of you were following our work when he was born, and now so much time has now passed, and here we still are. Thank you, all of you who are still with us! It certainly has been fun. I'd meant to tell you about Marie (the "Countess" from the previous pages) and Master Payne, seen here, but I'll have to get to them on Monday's page, because I am awfully wiped out tonight! They're real people, and are very kind to let us play with...well...not exactly them, but something like the idea of them...like some kind of fancy paper dolls. Our friends are wonderful. I can't believe they still put up with silly people like us after all this time, either. Heh. Good night!
